Now you can upload your contacts in a .CSV format and tag the data as either private or public.  If you choose public, the data will then be shared across your CRM user base. You can also tag the data as to what category the contacts are in. For example, if you are in the real estate industry, you can upload all of your escrow, title reps, mold inspector, etc. into the CRM and have them categorized for easy searching.
