The Masterdigm CRM System software is solely owned by Will2Design, LLC, and the initial fee includes setup and activation, including initial training, with monthly per user access fees.

Lead Management

- All Manager/Administrator user accounts can see into all Agent or Assistant accounts.
- Managers/Administrators can disable or delete any Agent or Assistant accounts.
- Managers/Administrators control the capability to delete leads/clients on any user account.
- Managers/Administrators can see Agent and Assistant calendars. All overdue activities can be seen by the Manager/Administrator.
